Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with neovoya. We offer both physical and digital products, including online courses, webinars, and physical goods. Please read our return and refund policy carefully as it applies differently to each product type


1. Physical Products

You may request a return for eligible physical items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Online Courses & Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of online courses and digital downloads are final and non-refundable, unless:

  • You are unable to access the course due to technical issues on our platform, and
  • You notify us within 3 days of purchase.

If you accidentally purchased the same course twice, please contact us and we will issue a refund for the duplicate order.


3. Webinars, Live Events & Services

a. Webinars (Live or Recorded)

  • All webinar tickets are non-refundable once the event has started or the access link has been delivered.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may request a credit or transfer to another session at least 24 hours before the event.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

b. In-Person Events or Workshops

  • Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the event date.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but may be eligible for a partial credit.
  • If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or a seat at the rescheduled session.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your physical product arrives defective or damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos or video of the damage.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping, once verified.

5. Exchanges
